1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and gl18 ("gl18", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your use of the gl18 website located at gl18.app and all associated gaming services, betting products, promotional offers, and account features provided thereon.

Your use of the gl18 platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, and promotional conditions that gl18 may publish from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary terms expressly state otherwise.

gl18 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

2 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the gl18 website (gl18.app), its mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible through a registered gl18 account.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the gl18 platform associated with a single individual player.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's gl18 account, including both real money balance and any applicable bonus balance (held separately).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or any other non-cash value added to a player's account in connection with a gl18 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using online gaming services is unlawful or requires a licence that gl18 does not hold.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money-laundering obligations before certain account features are enabled.

3 Eligibility

To register for and use a gl18 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. gl18 strictly enforces this age limit and conducts age verification during the registration and KYC process.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming services from your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of gl18, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by gl18 or PAGCOR at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

gl18 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your gl18 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes. gl18 is not responsible for service failures resulting from outdated account information.

As part of our KYC obligations under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money-laundering laws, gl18 will require you to submit valid identification documents before withdrawals above threshold amounts are processed or before your account is fully verified. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include:

• Philippine passport
• PhilSys National ID
• Driver's licence issued by the LTO
• SSS / GSIS / Pag-IBIG ID
• Voter's ID issued by the COMELEC

gl18 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on gl18 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gl18 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. gl18 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering and anti-fraud requirements. gl18 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered in your own name.

gl18 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where suspicious activity has been flagged. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined pending investigation.

You must not use the gl18 platform for any money transfer or payment processing purpose unrelated to genuine gaming activity. Any account found to be used for such purposes will be closed and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

gl18 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus conditions that apply to all gl18 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are held in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement may be transferred to your real-money balance and withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon expiry.
• gl18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already accrued by players who have accepted the promotion in good faith are honoured.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk staking patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk — may result in the cancellation of bonus winnings and, in serious cases, account suspension.

gl18 makes no representation that any specific bonus or promotion will be available at any given time. Players should check the promotions section of the platform for current offers.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on gl18 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or market prior to placing a bet. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before wagering.

Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded except where gl18's specific game rules expressly provide for a void or refund in defined circumstances (for example, a sports event that is cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined).

gl18 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, incorrectly displayed odds, or any technical malfunction that resulted in odds or game parameters being displayed contrary to what was intended. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account.

Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply to all betting markets and game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. gl18 reserves the right to adjust individual player betting limits at its discretion, including limiting the maximum stake of players whose betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gl18 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to gl18 support
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements using a second account or a third-party arrangement
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward gl18 staff or other players

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gl18 platform — including but not limited to the gl18 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of gl18 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gl18 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gl18 content without prior written authorisation from gl18.

Any unauthorised use of gl18's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal claims for damages.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gl18's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gl18 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gl18 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages
• Loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• Losses resulting from factors outside gl18's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the user's end

Nothing in these Terms limits gl18's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by gl18's own acts or omissions, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

gl18 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is not a financial instrument or a way to generate income. Players are encouraged to set and adhere to personal limits on the time and money they spend on gaming.

gl18 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard after completing the gl18 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for 30, 90, or 180 days, or request permanent closure.

Players who believe their gaming is becoming a problem are encouraged to make use of these tools, contact the gl18 support team, or seek independent assistance through PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. gl18 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's player protection programme. 21+ only. No exceptions.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

gl18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed
• gl18 is required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or a court order
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is detected in connection with the account
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• gl18 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable verification requirements are satisfied. Bonus Funds are not returned upon account closure regardless of the reason.

You may close your gl18 account at any time by contacting the support team. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gl18 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gl18 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the gl18 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and gl18 regarding any aspect of your account, a bet, or these Terms, you agree to first contact gl18's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. gl18 will make every reasonable effort to address your concern in a fair and timely manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be submitted to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the matter for adjudication in accordance with applicable regulations. You and gl18 agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through the above processes.
